No Boosted Brothers account or job-data server

Work Buddy does not create an account with Boosted Brothers. It connects to an existing Google account that you choose. There is no Boosted Brothers job-data server, shared account, advertising system or analytics in the app. Boosted Brothers does not receive your job names, notes, start and finish times, calculated hours or Google access token through Work Buddy.

Information the app uses

When you connect, Google provides the app with your Google account identifier and email address so records from different Google accounts remain separate on the same phone. You enter job names, optional notes, start times and finish times. The app calculates hours worked from those times.

Where your records are stored

A private working copy and any waiting changes are held in Work Buddy's private storage on your Android phone. The app creates a Sheet named Work Buddy — Time Record in the Google Drive account you choose and a separate calendar named Work Buddy in that account. Your actions update that Sheet and its calendar events through encrypted Google APIs. Those cloud records remain under your control in your own Google account.

Google permissions

The app requests your email address, access to Drive files created or opened with Work Buddy, and access to calendars created by Work Buddy. It does not request general access to your Drive, Gmail, contacts or existing calendars. Google provides sign-in and stores the Sheet and calendar under its own terms and settings. Google access tokens remain in the app's memory and are not sent to a Boosted Brothers server.

Deleting an individual visit

Use Delete visit in Work Buddy to remove that visit's Calendar card. The Sheet keeps the deletion in its audit timeline so changes remain traceable. Correcting or deleting a visit in the app therefore does not erase its earlier audit entry.

Delete all Work Buddy data

No request to Boosted Brothers is needed because we do not hold or control these records. To remove every Work Buddy record:

1. Allow any waiting changes to finish syncing, if you want to keep a final copy.
2. In Work Buddy, tap Disconnect Google. This revokes the app's current Google permission; it does not delete your records.
3. In Google Drive, delete Work Buddy — Time Record. Empty the Drive bin if you want it removed permanently without waiting for Google's normal bin retention.
4. In Google Calendar settings, remove the calendar named Work Buddy. Removing it deletes its Work Buddy events.
5. On Android, open Settings → Apps → Work Buddy → Storage and choose Clear data, or uninstall Work Buddy. This removes the private phone copy. Work Buddy disables Android backup for this app data.
6. If Work Buddy still appears under your Google Account connections, remove its access there.

Security and updates

The app uses encrypted HTTPS connections to Google, Android private app storage and a signed Android package. Google access is granted only after you choose an account and consent. We may update this notice when the app changes; the version date below identifies this text.
